Its a 'hip-top', not a 'hit-tap'.

And usually these things are American-only (i certainly wouldn't like one, it looks far too 'show off').. plus, it looks way too much like a Pager. People in Britain aren't conscious bout walking about with something that costs £000's on their hips.
