How do I access my I tunes sync settings?

Ie the menu that comes up asking you if you want to sync manually or automatically when you first plug it into your computer to set it up etc....also how do I get access to how much memory has been used? Its all changed since the new version was installed. And lastly....how do I register my Ipod?

It looks practically the same as before if you click View > Show Sidebar
