I think it might be a toss up between moose casserole and a particular portion of extra greasy fish and chips I was served in Skegness last year.

I still don't like it even done like that. As a child I cried if we had to go to dinner with someone on a Sunday as I was frightened that I would be made to eat Yorkshire pudding.

I love every kind of cheese, including blue. But this one had my nose filled with ammonia. Does that not happen to you? Maybe I had some that was off or something.

Sausage and mash or pie and mash or in fact anything that involves mash potato and a gravy - vile. I like mash but no other food or sauce must come anywhere near it on a plate!

Corned beef - why is this even still around”

One of the most disgusting things I think I have ever tasted was a cheeseburger from Burger King in Blackpool a few years ago. My mate stated he wanted a "decent" burger so we walked passed all the arcade burger stalls to go to Burger King for what we thought would be a decent flame grilled burger. Anything but! Flame grilled, yes. But that is all. Served on a stodgy de-frosted roll with a small square of disgusting processed cheese the whole thing was just tasteless. As I could not eat any more than 2 bites I ended up feeding the lot to the birds who at least seemed to appreciate it!

I eat pretty much anything, but when I was little I once sneaked a piece of Turkish delight from a box in our 'treats' drawer. Going in for a second piece I found a giant leggy dead spider underneath it.

Can't even look at the stuff now.

And milk chocolate coated Turkish delight... double eek.

And...
Cold pastry.
Cold melted cheese.
Tripe, even when lovingly cooked and flavoured. For me it's a texture thing as well as taste.
French bulots (sea snails).

A pork sausage. No, its not what you're thinking...

When I was 12, my mum served up some sausages bought from a local farm. Very nice, too, until I bit into a piece and there was a big chunk in it. I spat it out and was horrified to see a piece of pig with white hairs on it. I threw up, cried and haven't eaten meat or fish since...

Caraway seed cake. A family friend used to offer it to me as a child whenever we visited. Couldn't stand it but was too polite to refuse. At least at times she served up a wonderful home made Victoria sponge instead.

I love curry. One day I bought a jar of Lime Pickle to go with my curry.
It was absolutely disgusting !
It was like puting a dogs' testicle in my mouth !
Not that I've ever done that !

Fennels au gratin, looked like vomit on a plate; I used to get them at school for lunch in my home country with a thick rubbery ham slice as a second course.
Mutton is way too strong for me and tough, had to try it because of my bf's mum; same with lamb liver, yuck, tasted bitter and metallic.
I am not a fan of liver but when I was little I would eat grilled pig liver or ox one and I didn't mind it.
I generally don't like eting cold meat leftovers, I find they leave a bad aftertaste in my mouth, don't know if it's only me.

Only two foods actually make me feel sick (to the point where I have to leave the vicinity)

Liver - bad memories of being forced to eat it as a child. If it is on in the works restaurant, I have to eat at my desk

Egg mayo - just smells like sick (and I like both eggs and mayo)
