What's the most vile food you've tasted?
Despite all the hype, avocado "pears" are pretty naff. |

There are not many foods I don't like. I choose not to eat meat but I still like the taste. The one thing I don't like is glacé cherries, they ruin a Bakewell tart, I have to pick the cherry off.

I can't believe some of the things people don't like.
Turkish delight (including rose flavoured), cauliflower, sprouts, mushrooms, peanut butter, marshmallows (*), broccoli, onions, garlic, marzipan, tomatoes, liquorice, cabbage (**), bananas, mango chutney, olives, pickled 'anything', chutneys in general, pancakes, cinnamon, christmas pudding, warm cookies, mint chocolate, nuts, parsnips, pine nuts, grapefruit, donuts, sauerkraut, and LOADS of other things mentioned here are absolutely delicious. (*) I only eat vegetarian ones. (**) Particularly fancy varieties The only thing I've tried recently which I couldn't eat were Aldi oven chips. Even though I shop at Aldi regularly and buy plenty of their goods, the oven chips were foul. |

Anchovies. Tuna as well. I was once given a supposedly vegetarian salad that had tuna in. I suppose I thought the odd bits were some kind of a tofu or soya product, but as soon as I tried to swallow it, it made me gag.
Don't get some of the comments on here at all though. Brie is a very mild cheese that doesn't really smell of anything much. I also love goat's cheese, especially when lightly braised and served with a lentil salad. I love sprouts too, in fact I steamed a big plate full of them at lunch time. I also like cauliflower and broccoli, but they're both vegetables that I have to over cook slightly. Can't stand them if the stalk is still tough. How can anybody not like olives! I was surprised to learn though, that there is actually no difference between the green and black ones. They actually treat the green ones with a very simple process that turns them black. |

Yogurt made from Soya milk. The vilest thing ever made on god's green earth. Not a fan of olives either.
