There may be "minimal ads" now but what about when it launches fully? With no income from subscriptions and pay-per-view then there will be a lot of incentive for them to have a significant amount of adverts.
That will be the deciding factor for me. At times 4oD is unwatchable due to the number of adverts. I'd rather pay a fiver a month to avoid them.
