I always have:

Paracetamols
Anadin Extra's
Spare pack of pills
Water bottle
Purse
Mirror
Concealer
Umbrella

I suffer from anxiety so I need to have the water and tablets with me or else I'd panic!

My work handbag has:
purse
phone
comb
handcream
hankies
keys
work lanyard
glass nail file

My non work handbag would have the same, minus the lanyard, and probably minus the comb.

My work drawer however contains practically the kitchen sink. Apart from work stuff, my personal drawer contains cereal bars, cutlery, mugs, instant pasta, cup a soups, hand cream, face cream, antihistamine tablets, indigestion tablets, paracetamol, ibuprofen, hydrocortisone cream for my dermatitis, spare nail varnish (at least 5 bottles), nail varnish remover, emery boards, socks, a couple of books, a spare phone charger, a jar of coffee...

Mobile
wallet
tissue
passport
driving licence
small note book and pen

OK - I am the exception - because I hate handbags! Usually, if it doesn't fit in my pockets, then I don't really need it.

Hells bells some of you ladies have a fortune in your bags

I bet if you added it all up it would be worth a few quid, imagine if you lost it and had to replace it

I'm intrigued

I rarely bother with my bag anymore. I have this big Ness bag and all I have in it is my two notepads for uni, my purse, keys, pens, a few books (since some wee flyboy made off with my Kindle ) and maybe some water or my medication. If I'm not going far then I just chuck my phone and keys in my pocket. Nae danger.

I am also intrigued. One harmonica I get, but two?

Although to be fair I was told of a Thai sex show where a woman could use two harmonicas but I am praying this answer is a lot less debauched and more a case of "I teach people to sing so have to have different harmonicas for different notes and tones for them to hit."

Hahahaha! We used to have harmonicas and car horns to piss the dog off with (he used to howl when you played the harmonica - hilarious stuff), but alas he has shuffled off of this mortal coil. I was about to book a Thai restaurant tomorrow. There better be no harmonicas

Is gaffer tape that strong silver stuff kinda tape with glue on one side that sticks like sh*t. Cos if is it does not just rule the world. it seems to hold mine together - I use it for all sorts of things.
