Isthere anyways to make Google music store music on the sd card not my galaxy s3?

This thread on XDA explains how - but you will need root access and a file explorer.

I know it is a bit long winded, but it might be easier to simply transfer your music using your PC. Anything you have bought via Google Music can be downloaded to a PC running Google Music Manager. Then you can simply connect your phone and drag and drop to your SD card.

Not elegant and circumventing an issue which really shouldn't be there in the first place, but there is not a lot else you can do.
