What supermarket has the best frozen variety?

I have only tried Asdas and its ok.

Tesco used to have a lovely recipe in their cheap range. Now it tastes a bit rank.

I know you're referring to stuff you can buy from a supermarket, but isn't chips & curry sauce a northern thing, like chips & gravy, that you can buy from a chip shop? I live in London and I've never seen it down here.

Just out of interest, I assume you cook the chips and the curry sauce separately it's no all just in some microwavable dish?

I think it's like Microchips with added sauce. Dunno, never tried them.

I would have thought you'd get better by cooking your own chips, even just oven chips, with the powder sauce with boiling water.
