Matt Lanter would definitely get it. I seem to remember there being a shit-tonne of gay rumours about him a while ago too, even though he got married recently!

I'm utterly in love with an actor I saw in the theatre a couple of months ago. I googled him and he's hardly been in anything though! I still watched his recent shows just to see his small roles though.

God I should get a bf...

Haha I was bit worried I was acting like a stalker but then I thought they don't hand out the info about cast members for nothing.

He's so gorgeous though, he's called Henry Pettigrew he played a baddie in the brilliant Line Of Duty recently.

I need something to keep me occupied. Since the walls in my flat are paper thin and I can hear my flatmate shagging in the next room...

The name sounds really familiar...I think he's been posted on FMF before, and I can see why you like him.

I'm a bit..I dunno, philosophical at the moment. I can't go into too much detail, but I'll just say I find it strange that I'm the one on the end of homophobia, and I'm the one accused of hate.

What's FMF?

That is bizarre, is it some sort of work thing? Nothing more annoying than when you have the right intentions but everyone still seems to think you're a dick.

Could you hint a little? I can't imagine how that could happen. Was it to do with nationality for example?

Some people seem to hold some prejudices as being worse than another.

I made a complaint, and they said I only did it cause I hate them.

Right.

Well this person sounds like a total idiot, although that goes without saying by the sounds of it.

Where is it you work? Where I work most of the other guys are gay so it's no problem. But my friend works in a place with loads of homophobic chavvy lads and he hates it.

I work for Sainsburys, I don't tend to keep quiet if I hear something I don't like.

Topshop/Topman. Most of them are bitchy/queen types really!

Good for you CC. I know a lot of gay guys who work for Sainsbury's so that's surprising, but you're going to get idiots wherever you are I guess.

I thought Topshop would be filled with the Hollister guys, except a little less insipid

That was bitchy. Maybe I should work at Topshop too

I work with really laddy guys and some guys who'd put Anthony Cotton to shame, there's no middle ground.

I do like the people I work with to be fair (back home, at uni not as much).

And even at 17 it's not an excuse, I had straight guys at 17 who were amazingly accepting.

Like SnS said, age isn't really an excuse.

I could never tell anyone at work I'm transgendered. Im far to masculine to deal with that, anyhow.

I work at a place where I'm expected to do a lot of heavy lifting and stuff. Because of my masculine nature. It annoys me, that that's all anyones sees. But I get my head down and just get on with it....

So would you get another job before you transition?

Actually no. I've know the manager for ages, he's a good man. Just a bit of a prat. I can't see anyone else having a problem.

I still don't wanna tell anyone. Im not sure I'll ever transition. The thought still scares me.....

Not transitioning depresses me though.
