I danced to Wuthering Heights in full drag for a charity event once. One of my proudest moments

Running Up That Hill is my all time favourite song.

Have a fab time in Brighton! Is it really hurricane weather down south? Supposed to rain up north tomorrow, just when I had planned to go into town. Damn!
Weather ok at moment, a heavy shower this evening and looking warm and sunny tomorrow. Sunday is when all the fun and games start!!

That sounds cool! What do you do?

I'm pretty nervous, I've got a disciplinary with my job tomorrow about an angry FB status I left a couple of weeks ago. (Yes I've become one of THOSE idiots...) It's not going down as gross misconduct though thank god, so I'm hoping for the best and preparing for the worst.

Plus I'm preparing for Leeds fest. Anyone else going?

It's pouring down here now 😕😕. Went for a meal across the road in a Harvester. As we walked to our table, caught the eye of a rather good looking lad. He held his gaze at me until I passed. Obviously he is into ugly older blokes 😮😮😐

I work for a childcare agency but this past fortnight I've been working for an charity organisation that "believes in the importance of play as a means by which children and parents can learn, socialise and discover a healthier more fruitful life." They also support families. There's lots of different groups that they do and holiday playschemes.

Oh dear. I try to be so careful what I write and post. I got told off once at a placement for a status I wrote. I only got dobbed in because I had two of their staff added (one was a school friend). I'm pretty sure it was the one who worked in the baby room that reported me tho.

Wow that's amazing. It's great there's things like that for kids through the summer, especially the special needs ones obviously.

I know, I genuinely thought it would be ok. I have maximum privacy on and don't have people from my work on there atm. (I made a new account recently) I suspect it was my ex who grassed on me. He works for the same company. Or maybe I'm just being paranoid.

Argh it's at 12. I feel like I'm getting ready to go to the gallows.

Hope everything runs smoothly at the hearing SnS.

I've got my FB setting particular so only certain people see certain posts. Apparently my work monitor FB but they can only view it as "public" right?

And as for my colleagues I only let them see ones I want them to, so I'm safe right?

I don't post on FB much anymore. Last year I was posting up to four times day and I realised that I was becoming addicted! I post something maybe once a week, usually about films or music. There are so many people who put their entire lives on there, at least have some privacy. Privacy is something to be treasured in my opinion.

Yeah, far as I understand it, Jack, unless they are your friends on FB they can only see the public info; like profile pic/cover photo and maybe some other basic info.

And Lew, I agree, some people put far too much info on FB.

Completely agree. I have a uni friend who posts her entire life on there, had to put her on ignore as it was dominating my timeline.

That is the beauty of it, you can remain "friends" but don't have to deal with seeing their inane posts all the time.

I'll admit, I did have to unfriend someone, before the unfollow thing came about, for her constant posts. I did not need to know that she was sitting next to her bf while he was picking his nose (and going into detail about it). But now I'd probably just hide her from view.

I only unfriended one girl last year because she kept using homophobic words towards straight men. As in contested in a way that homosexuality is an insult. Shame because she was somebody I really liked but she just kept disappointing me.

I have so many people on ignore, I don't care if they are taking their dog for a walk or if they had just cut their toenails.

Oh dear that is disappointing and not very nice. My uni friend uses homophobic words to describe anything, her favourite is 'puff' which just annoys me more than anything.

Yeah, like she would post "there's always one gay boy who tries to grow an afro..."

She didn't actually say afro but that was an example. But I suppose she's young and you know as the years go by you grow up. I still have some growing up to do myself. You're never too young or old to learn I suppose.

Yeah I suppose that's true but it wouldn't sit easy with me to be honest. Oh god I've got some growing up to do too!

Why, how big do you want it? 😆😆

Evening all, still nice weather here in Brighton, but it's the calm before the storm 😕😮

Had a really nice day on the seafront, a spot of lunch and walking around 'The Lanes', old and narrow streets with really expensive designer and jewellery shops ☺

I seem to be a little bit drunk. And a hangover is coming, I feel it in my waters.

My hearing's actually today I think. In 25 minutes. Just thought I'd give y'all an update.
