I need you help people... I'm meeting a guy on Saturday, The guy I'm meeting up with has suggested having a meal to end the evening, can someone now suggest something to start the evening with...I'm clueless.
Go to a nice bar and have a few drinks? That way you can loosen up and get to know each other

Sorry to hear about your troubles CrazyLoop. I couldn't work in retail, I'd end up killing somebody

And I'm so glad things are getting better for you Cakey (can I call you Cakey?) Onwards and upwards!
You can call me Cakey, most people do.

Where roughly are you based, and where are you having dinner?

The cinema?

Or maybe a bar with a live band?
I have suggested Cinema for a first date before but some guys don't like it as your obviously not suppose to talk during the movie and it cuts out the getting to know you part... Personally I love the cinema as a first date as the movie gives you a good starting point during dinner. Think I will suggest the cinema to him.

A few drinks leads to lots of drinks and before you know it I have loosened up to much lol

Leicester. As for dinner not sure I think it will depend on the mood on the night.

Of course the trouble is, you have to hope you both like the film. It'll be awkward if he keeps enthusing about it and you thought it was crap.

I tend to treat people as they treat me.

Equally, I've given fantastic service, but I'm not going to go out of my way for someone who is being a ********.
Good for you

Thank goodness I don't work in it too then. I often want to do something to the customers who treat my Mum like shit. Nobody should be rude to her except me and even then I shouldn't be doing it

Feeling MUCH happier today and even more excitable.

How about a nice wander around in the Peak District, it's not that far from you and the falls at Lumsdale Valley are something to see ?

Does anyone watch Paul O'Grady's For the Love of Dogs? There was this beautiful greyhound on and I have never seen a dog looking so mistreated. I was in floods of tears

Got buttered up by some creep at the bowling last night, and I nearly ended up going home with him but one of my friends who was more sober than I sensibly dragged me away and from what I could see she told him to hit the bricks.

We got thrown out later too

My girlfriend and I broke up last night
I'm sorry to hear that Beth. Was it to do with the doubts you had a few months ago?

I cried at this to, especially at the end of the episode when they went back to Solider and he was all bouncy and happy... Beautiful story, I hope his new owners spoil him rotten

The day of my date today... And I wake up with a big spot on my forehead

I was RAGING at how he was treated. He had such a beautiful little face too, how can anyone treat a dog in such an appalling way is beyond me. Oh I'm sure they will, he looked so happy with his new owners

Ooh good luck, ugh spots are bloody annoying!

I am back... I had a really nice time. He was a funny and nice. Normally around new people I go all shy and awkward but found myself to be rather comfortable around him and chat seemed effortless. So yeah I had a nice time oh and the spot on my forehead was not mentioned

Didn't see your post until now chinny. I'm afraid not, that song he has out really grates on me, he sounds like a low pitched dolphin

And there's room for only one fit ginger in my life and that's Edward Sheeran
