Oh nice, I would add pasta sauce to any given meal on any day of the week

You know, spontaneous cooking is the best. If I'm on my own it's kind of relaxing just standing in my kitchen trying out something new. If I have to cook for others as well that's when I get stressed and get angry with anyone trying to help:

"Can you just leave me alone please! you're not doing any good! -gets red and flustered-" - Yep I'm one of those guys

Oh my god yes I'm in total agreement here. With me it's family members, they can't resist poking their nose in or saying "watch your fingers with that knife". I'd rather learn by my mistakes.

Having said that I cut my finger (again) on a sharp knife yesterday Bloody onions.

My dad's a chef so he does this a lot too, he always comes in to pull rank with his own ideas of how things should be done and I'm like "IT'S NOT FOR YOU, IT'S MY FOOD AND I'LL COOK IT HOW I LIKE IT!!"

I've never cut myself whilst chopping veg but working in a restaurant means my hands are cut up like a christmas turkey all the time

And guess what? I don't know if you remember me saying I want to lose weight? Well I was 11st 2lbs 2 months ago (IIRC), and I'm now 10st 5lbs

And I checked several times to make sure it wasn't just a blip (which does happen) but no, I'm 145lbs

Oh my god how irritating! Yeah I can well imagine that. I didn't even know I had cut myself until I saw the blood all down my finger It's killing!

I remember!! Woohoo that's great Do you feel better?

I really need to lose weight, people keep saying that I'm not fat but I can't help but feel really big. Think I'm about 12st 5-13st. Can't remember.

Ouch. And it's only hours later you feel the pain. I got a cut on my finger a while back and it was a pain because I'm expected to do some heavy lifting on the job

Depending on your height health wise that's not so bad. I was at a reasonably healthy weight and people said I looked good as I was but I personally wanted to lose weight and look the way I want to. And yes I think I o look better, I've noticed a bit of tone on my stomach (unless that's my bones, I could be deluded lol) and a noticeable gain in muscle in my arms

I know It's starting to heal a little now but still sore. Oh god, oww. Heavy lifting? Rather you than me

I'm 5ft7 and I've looked at these BMI things and it says I'm overweight (which I probably am). Well as long as you are happy in what you've achieved then that's the main thing Ooh muscular arms eh?

Does anyone watch Coach Trip? I absolute love it!! There's a girl (a big girl at that) called Georgy who I just adore.

H-Hey 5'7? I'm 5'10, maybe I could top for a change, little bit of extra meat is a turn on sometimes

I do, and I can't bear her, but I can't bear the old biddies even more, so when she called Carol an old bag I LOL'ed

I saw one ep of the new Coach Trip and left it at that. These shows only work when you click with the contestants that are on. It becomes a chore if they bug the crap out of you.

Yeah I haven't warmed hugely to any of them.

S4 and S5 were my favourite. S4 had these two cool chicks called Carla/Angie who were posh good time girls, and S5 just had several memorable moments for me

What a charmer I wouldn't mind that you know

Oh I like her, she's like a panto character which is why I love her. The old biddies are the ones I can't stand. Hahaha yeah I was laughing my head off at that!

Brendan makes that show. It wouldn't have any charm if he wasn't on the bus.

What I love about Brendan is he's such a fishwife, very bossy and determined to have his own way, but it's part of his charm

Do they still have to sing the National Anthems of the country they visit? That part was always bizarre to me.

What a night of madness last night was. I got so close to pulling a hot Moroccan piece of ass last night but one of my friends was having a bad night and kept asking me if I wanted to leave and she scared him off

Then I hurt my ankle quite badly when I decided to be evil knievel and attempt a somersault off the top of a chute in a local park... at 4am in the morning.

Is it weird that I still had a great night in spite of all this?

Muscle weighs more than fat, which is why BMI isn't always a good indication of people being overweight.

Just seen a rumour that Tom Daley could be doing 'I'm a zeleb' - hope that's not true. He doesn't need to appear on that nonsense.
