BTW how shit was the result on Coach Trip? I can't believe the chav and her roid bitch won! Bill and Carol I was kind of happy for though I guess.

Will and Craig were robbed big time.

Steve wasn't rubbish, but I must say that dance he did on Saturday was wretched.

Caroline puts me to sleep whenever she's on, sorry! (Pasha keeps me awake though) and tbh out of the remaining girls Frankie is my favourite, she can do it all.

When it comes to the men, I like Jake, but only when he does energetic dances, slow dances aren't his strong point.
Yeah it was really wretched but it was the right result as the competition is getting serious now.

You'll regret you ever said that Nah only kidding. Pasha is lovely, hands off he's mine!

Completely agree re Jake, I did think his samba was overmarked. If you want to see the best male samba on SCD search on youtube for Matt Baker's samba The 2010 series of Strictly was a vintage yeae!

I know! Was really shocked that Will and Craig didn't win, they should've done but so happy that Bill and Carol won. They were lovely

Ahh yes Xmas day, a day in which I'll be working on, woohoo. Because who really wants to eat christmas dinner with their family, drink ezcessively and watch some cheesy TV when you could be in a dive waiting on tables day and night!

I had my dinner cooked for me tonight (thank goodness because there was no way I could be bothered!) and it was rather nice. Just mince and tats

Drink some water, and don't be gluttonous next time

Oh my god you're working?! Do you have any time off over Christmas? That sucks big time. I'll think of you when I'm watching (hopefully) Miranda on Christmas Day

Mmmm mince and tatties is heavenly!

I just have So much for me "working out", haven't done any sit ups or anything since Friday

Yep, I'll probably be working all of that week, along with NYE and New Years Day too unfortunately.

Is the aim to lose weight, or gain muscle? if it's the latter, then I cannot help you (although working in a job where you're moving constantly has done wonders for me, I look better now than I ever have before.) if it's the latter, then get a exercise bike for goodness sake. It's so easy to just sit there and gradually burn calories in front of the TV. I'd highly recommend it. And then generally walking is a great burner too.

God that's awful, I hope you get to spend a little bit of time off work.

Lose weight. I want to look thin, I look so stocky which isn't a good look.

I walk everywhere though. Even though the uni has a special bus to get from accommodation to campus which would take 2-5 minutes I still walk there and back.

Haha is it really?

It was the right time for him to go, his ego got in the way in last night's episode. He's very hot but far too ego driven.

I can't wait to finish for Christmas. A fortnight today I finish!! So stressed right now, the work is piling up

Did you not see You're Fired? the hot tub stall owner that he kept calling Derek was also called Anthony

At least you can have a good, relaxing week and then another to do a bit of catching up. I don't think uni is for me. I feel like a complete thicko though I know that you don't have to be university educated but I know in my heart that I'm not naturally academically gifted.

I went shopping today and did myself proud I must say. Got from One Long Sleeve Snoopy T Shirt, new set of boxers and a shirt/hoodie combo from Primark, a new cool shirt, a red beanie and sleeveless salmon hoodie from Forever 21 and a 80s inspired T Shirt from New Look. All for a fair price of £56.49 together!

The third one to the right is just... so pretty.

Haha yeah I did! Dear me

I've got a couple of weeks off over Christmas so that's good. However I've got this feeling that the first few weeks in January will be exactly like 2013. The first half of 2013 was a horrible for me, I went downhill so fast. I don't know, just got this weird feeling. Oh shush! You aren't thick. It doesn't matter if you are academically gifted.

Ooh very nice! The 80s t shirt sounds cool That reminds me I really need some new boxers. I was thinking briefs but no I like boxer briefs. Calvin Klein especially

SCD is awesome this week.

That Bollywood number was amazing. And can someone tell me how Sunetra and Brendan did, I was distracted by the "townsfolk of Impanema".

They were rather tasty weren't they those backing dancers. The men of course

Caroline's dance was the best in the series so far. Every year there's usually one dance that stands out for me and this year it was Caroline and Pasha's charleston.

I totally disagree with tonight's Apprentice outcome. Alan was just mad that Felipe made a fool out of him. It WAS an anatomical skeleton and he never specified that it was to be built together. Totally unfair and out of order. Sanjay should have been on You're Fired tonight not Felipe.

Don't worry dear Strictly isn't that far away

I'm kind of happily bored. I've applied moisturizer to my mug about 3 times. I'm not even going anywhere.

So I'm 18 weeks sober and clean, something of an achievement, and I'm gearing up for my first sober Christmas. I've returned to work, and I'm trying to ease myself in.

Having a bit of a wobble at the moment, and writing it down seems to help.

That's great news CC!

Semi final of Strictly tonight Caroline and Pasha MUST win next week's final or else.
