Apparently, a series based on Dan Savage has been created and they've cast openly gay actor Noah Galvin.

Serving Tory Cabinet Minister comes out as gay -First time that has ever happened and was unimaginable 20 years ago.

A definite sign of progress given the largely positive and uncontroversial reception he received today.

It's nice on a personal level for that particular M.P but it, along with recent history does little to undo the damage that the conservatives have done to LGBT individuals lives.

They've cleverly re-written history as if equal marriage was down to them. I suggest they look at the voting records..

Agreed but nevertheless it's a welcome development. 👍

While they may have had a bad form on the matter in the past, I would say that we should still be glad that the modern party has moved forward beyond it and were able to legislate for equal marriage. After all they could have still been as they were back then, and either in opposition or power and still managed to opposed and block such a momentous bill.

But that'll move us further into politics.. so ... um...

Anyone glad to hear the cast of Will & Grace are reuniting?

Agreed!

Its slightly before my time but it looked like a pretty funny show, they're doing a reunion episode?

I'm not sure, I guess it might just be a sketch for the James Burrows special.

And.. 'before my time'? Ugggh i feel old.

If you get a chance to see some of it, I'd recommend it. Some specific pop cultural references aside, it still holds up pretty well.

I had no idea Will and Grace were reuniting!! 😁

As a new series for tv or a movie?

I'm delighted 🙌

Sorry, its only for an appearance on an NBC special to celebrate James Burrows, who will have directed 1,000 episodes of television.

Nearly all of the Friends cast will also be there.

Great to have the Ellen DeGeneres show back on UK telly.

Great article on why feminists should embrace the trans community.
Indeed it's noteworthy that last week the house of commons issued a committee report on how to improve lives for trans people.

Feminists can be the cruelest hypocrites towards trans women. A lot of them celebrate gender fluidity or genderless society yet some can't show that attitude towards their transgender sisters. If you ask me its a sour case of social closure.

Jeremy clakson is a complete cock-end. Not new information, I know.... But I thought I'd mention it.

What galls me is the man has no actual talent, sure the antics he, Hammond and James May (the latter two whom I do like) gout up to on the show were pretty hilarious sometimes, but I reckon there are plenty of other men that could have done his job. He's no comedian.

My stepfather used to get me collections of Clarkson's newspaper rants as Christmas presents and I cringed on looking at them during a recent spring-clean. They range from the middle class self-pitying (a piece about how embarrassing it is to only have an ordinary Amex at dinner with friends rather than a gold one) to the sort of drivel Littlejohn would be proud of (gay people not being allowed to get married is JUST like Clarkson not being allowed to play for the Premier League because he's bad at football). Think I'll just recycle 'em, it's not really fair of me to pass them onto someone else by taking them to a charity shop ...

I used to read Top Gear magazine in the past, but I haven't bought it in ages - it became repetitive.

Actually I think James May had a far better column. I'm glad he's still doing programmes for the BBC - his series 'Cars for the People' is excellent.

I genuinely like James May. I never understood why he got the boring label on TG, for me he was the life and soul, whereas Hammond was the whipping boy and Clarkson was like the overbearing school bully, really OTT.

Ugh, what repugnant drivel, especially that bit about the gays and football comparison. The man's a fool.

^It does seem to be the trend, so I'm sure there will be more.

And there was The Sound of Music on ITV, and BBC4 showed Gypsy over Christmas. Imelda Staunton was amazing in Gypsy.
