^You mean like restaurant critic Gil Chesterton on Frasier?

All along they thought/implied he was gay - and that 'Deb' was not his wife but his cat.
And it turned out he did indeed have a wife, to the main characters shock?

Yup. I think he was as shocked as they were when he found out they thought Deb was a cat. Great little twist.

What do we think of the new pros on SCD this year? AJ and Gorka

If it helps I have something to talk about, at work today some guy was drunk and he was being chatty and friendly, mentioning my hair and stuff. Suddenly, he went on a rant about gay people and said he hoped I wasn't gay. I told him I was and walked away. He kept trying to say sorry, but to be honest if I'd accepted his apology I think it would have excused his crass comments.

I should be used to this sort of thing by now but it still upset me..

I appriciate that it's easy for me to say it - but don't get to bothered by it. Don't forget the drink has played a part - not that it should be an excuse.

I know how you feel though, I had someone make a generalised statement (non-LGBT related) and it annoyed and disappointed me.

But like you, I just walked away - which is probably the best thing to do. And although it still annoys me, you just have move past it as best we can.

I had a bit of a meltdown at work. To be fair i was sublimating some of the anger i feel towards family issues, in all the wrong places. Not good.

This, however, was followed by a drunken phone call by a bloke at work who was making sure is was all right. Cause he knows ive being going through stuff....

He asked if i 'crossdressed'. I said no, i was just transgender! Hes ok with it.......

Now he knows, i can even buy make-up from work now.

Its been some night, and my reasoning for not having many gay men in my friends circle was proven yet again, I had a drink slung in my face last night by my so-called "friend" not to mention mocked a very unfunny situation going on atm. I don't care what anyone says, there is a high number of c**ts in the gay community and really its any wonder why there's no unity. Because the scene kids are all cheeks from the same arse.

Sounds like a funny kind of day fairy, sometimes a meltdown is a goo thing though, its like you are shedding yourself of all the anger pent up. Totally normal.

I've never really bought into the notion of 'gorgeous eyes' etc., that was until I discovered Victor Sotberg ('WeirdNorwegian') on YouTube.

Oh myyyy....

Sure its about the US Election (and favours one candidate over the other - I prefer the UK TVs neturality in these matters)... but it's great to see the cast of Will & Grace back again.

They ought to think about bringin the show back. Even if its just a reunion season.

Tuned into 'Otter Town' on NatGeo Wild. I was a little disappionted... not what I thought. The aquatic mammals were cute though.

Did anyone see world of weird last night?

For ages ive been telling people that theres a species of rodent the size of a hippo. And its been a fantasy of mine to keep one as a pet.

According to 'world of weird' it wouldn't be an ideal situation.....

The CW is remaking Dynasty.

I wonder if they'll keep Steven Carrington as a character, and still LGBT?
