lol usually I'd agree, but the poor guys were being rather harshly treated to the extent some guy actually called them c**ts in his complaint which imo was bang out of order!
They really aren't lol! It just becomes second nature and you're so right that more often than not, you're left wishing you had that extra 30 mins or so just so you could have been able to refine your answers a little more
