I can see that its ignorant and how you were offended. To be honest a couple things jumped out at me... (being picky)

A) That offensive word is an Americanism. (I'm being so pedantic I'm spelling that with an s not a z ) If you're going to be rude, at least use proper terminology!
B] The spelling... surely its 'dos' not 'does' - the latter means to do something. As in; 'she does occasionally post something ignorant'

Always helps to deflate the stupidity balloon.

I think you should pull her up on it, Stephen Fry said in his documentary on coming out that when you don't pull people up on the small stuff, it can lead to the sort of attitudes they have in Uganda and Russia and so on.

Quite true. And she is a nice girl but she's got too much to say about other people but never thinks how much of a daftie she can be.

I picked up on that too, really annoying, why does it kill people to use correct spelling?!!?

lol and here's me thinking I was going to come across as one of those annoying spelling nerds. Glad I'm not alone.

I don't mind commonly used acronyms - like DS or TBBT (The Big Bang Theory) but it bugs me when people post acronyms as if we know what it is. It was rife in the past Glee threads - you'd sit there staring at STIUTK, IHTTOML or DSMN wondering what the hell they're on about. Granted they're longish titles, but still you could just shorten the names.

And for those playing along at home....
Spoiler
Someone That I Used To Know - Gautier
I've Had the Time of My Life - Bill Medly & Jennifer Warnes
Don't Stop Me Now - Queen.

He's not full Belgian, but that's why he spells it as Gotye as opposed to the French spelling you used. I'm not a sad case, I googled this once to see why he's called Gotye.

Well I guess as he's from Flanders he'd rather not have a French spelling - plus Gotye sounds cooler than his real name: Wally.

The only reason I know about the language difference in Belgium with Flanders and Wallonia is because one of my old favourite europop groups Lasgo were from the Flanders part of Belgium

Flemish and Dutch are essentially the same language in the same way as Scottish English and English English are.

Or anyone.

It's so daft, I'm only 10st and I have to buy medium because the smalls are so tight.

And according to Primark I have a 32" waist...

Glad its not just me then.. but 10st - you should easily fit into a small.

I made the mistake of going into a Hollister once. When I finally was able to adjust to the low light I found out that they only seemed to have an S on the keyboard when it came to the label printer.
