I think this thread is the best and most interesting on Chatter
Thats the nicest thing ever said about this thread.

Pocahontas was real? I thought she was a Disney character
lol yes she was real. And its one of the underrated Disney films if you ask me. Usually over looked as it came out the same year as Toy Story.

And the nicest thing ever said by Jack.

Hercules is most underrated. It's so awesome! And Hunchback of Notre Dame.

aww haha. Certainly one of the cleanest things.

You sir are a man of good taste, I can tell.
Yeah Herc is pretty much forgotten these days. Pity really. I love Meg's song "I Won't Say I'm In Love" from it.

And Hunchback, well what more can I say? Incredible film. When he holds Esmerelda aloft and screams 'Sanctuary' - gives me chills.

Of the other modern classics, Tarzan is overlooked as well.

What is the plot again? is it a baby girl born and sent along a river or is that something else?

Toy Story pisses all over a lot of Disney's stuff though.

I can't watch Sleeping Beauty the same way ever after hearing the original story

Briefly, the Virginia Company arrives in the New World, John Smith falls in love with Pocahontas, her father Cheif Powatan sees him as just as savage, she stops him from killing Smith.

Less said about Pocahontas 2 the better.

Well certainly the stuff from the turn of this century. Home on the Range and Chicken Little spring to mind.

Hmm, same with Victor Hugo's original Hunchback as well.

What happens in the original version of Sleeping Beauty?

Oh oh YES

John Smith is quite geeky looking, had glasses, a bit of a weed

EDIT - No he isn't, he's a big hulk-like blonde dude, not the same film

Never heard of Home On The Range but Chicken Little had the boak factor

YES! No chance! No way! I won't say I'm in love. All the songs from Herc are pretty awesome.

Oh yeah Tarzan is pretty great. You'll Be In My Heart is such a nice song too.
What's it about baby?
It's about the lives of people living in Harpurhey (a rough part of Manchester).

Home on the Range... Rosanne and Dame Judy Dench play cows who fight a cattle rustler in the old west. Bit odd.

Nothing beats Finding Nemo though
Great film, looking forward to its 3D re-release this year. Its supposed to be an outstanding conversion.

Yup, the Muses totally rock. Ricky Martin's version of Go The Distance is great too.

Great song. Shame we never got the stage musical over here.

Are they all scum or are there some redeeming people?

Sounds a bit like The Scheme to me

She has the best lines.

"whooo I'd like to make some sweet music with him"

As end-credit pop covers go its quite good. Its very much a Lantin Rock/Pop version, certainly better than Michael Bolton's English version. Plus Ricky Martin is caliente.

Same here. They did a great job converting Monsters Inc., so Nemo should be awesome.

I just hope Finding Nemo 2 can live up to the high bar set by the original.
