Yeah I know...

I've said it before though, at least you know you can have a normal conversation in here (and not be ignored).

I can't wait for this week to end, it's going to be like assessment after assessment until Friday I think.

Got History tomorrow (piece of cake, I'm good at it), a possible Sociology re-sit on Wednesday depending on if I passed or failed, Geography on Thursday, a probable re-sit on Psychology because I was hungover when I did it last week, and finally Politics on Friday.

I hate Geography, the human side is OK, but what does an igneous rock formation have to do with people and society? No one gives a ras

I always thought that Geography should be people and places and the natural side of geography was more suited to the sciences.

I've been doing a lot of thinking lately. I probably said but I've moved back to London recently, and I've been thinking about the support out there to LGBT teens. I guess I'm remembering my difficulties with coming out and I'm realising that even now, there's little support outside of the internet.

I've been in touch with the local mp who is supposedly willing to hear my ideas on tackling homophobia in local schools, but I'm not sure it's something I can do by myself. I have little free time and it seems like a full-time problem.

I'd like to echo Stormy's comments.

Its amazing when you think, we have come so far and yet we still have so much to accomplish. And Cakey, its people like you that are doing great things to help others that help us along that road. I know you want to do more, but even if you worry that what you're doing is small, its not. It makes a big difference. So, thank you.

In my experience the worst homophobia tends to spiral out of control when people get complacent with casual homophobia, if people let it go then people think it's acceptable.

What is really alarming is the amount of people who say "I don't mind gay people but not those queer types."

Basically the message is it's fine to hate camp men

---

In other news I'v just found out I'm 2'' shorter than I thought I was (no puns please), I thought I was 5'10 but I'm only 5'8, and I'm 11st 3/4. Treadmill is coming out
