Can someone give me words of encouragement?

I did my first shift at Sport Direct and I felt like an idiot, I kept having to have things explained to me twice and also things like replacing the rails was really fidgety, plus generally I felt out of my depth.

I know it's all melodramatic but I can just see myself really f*cking something up in the future and I can't take getting a row for things like that, I'll either get myself fired or just burst out crying

Don't worry, its your first day. You'll get the hang of it and I wouldn't be worried about having things explained more than once. Plenty of places just had odd nuances that take time to get used to.

They do I'm sure lol, there was just a lot more to take in than I thought.

Plus we have to try and flog these glorified bags for life at the counter, but I don't want to say "That's an extra pound" because that will put them off :/

What does totalling a display mean?

I was moving a trolley, and pushed it straight into a display of booze. It made a lovely smashing sound!

With the bag for life, here's what you do.

Scan one, smile cheekily and say, oops I've scanned a bag for life by mistake. They're kind of useful though, you might as well take it right?

But in the small event of them challenging me and in the process being forced to get one of my managers (one of whom is a very intimidating woman ) to deal with the situation?

I think you should coach me Jase, you have as many years experience as half the time I've been alive

It's divine isn't it?

Have you ever heard of the video game Fable before? I would love to just move into that era, it's set in the medieval times yet gay marriage is legal in the game

It's a lot of fun to play, especially when you have to keep your moaning bitch/bastard happy when it comes to giving them the amount of money/sex they want

It's a shame there's a lack of male talent in the game, your character can look like an adonis (or a goddess if you play as a female) and you still have an ugly bunch to choose from. I found 3 female and 1 male character in the entire game fit to marry my character

Oh really? I've never played the Sims, do you interact with other real life players or are they created characters with pre set personalities and sexuality?

In Fable IIRC the old town crier is gay, there are about 10-20 which is quite a lot, and there is one sexy black gay character in a Rural area, I've married him twice

The lesbian characters are pretty hot I have to say though.

No the current Sims is offline only. I think next years Sims 4 will be offline as well.

There are a few pre-made gay characters - some are couples with families. The others are 'straight until proven otherwise' Most of the pre-mades aren't always a specific sexuality,,, so if they're single you can flirt and that's when the 'gay' side gets triggered so to speak. (Naturally some rebuff your advances but that could be from other traits such as 'schmoozer' or 'inappropriate' etc., not specifically the fact that they "don't swing that way")

From then on in though, they remain that 'side of the fence'. Flawed? perhaps, but I think it works ok.

Blimey 10-20 gay characters in a game is quite a lot.

When you say "old town crier" all I can think of is some old fat beardy bloke.... *shudder*

There is even a quest involving homosexuality where the character is asked by a man to find a wife for his son, you can either find a wife for him (which gains evil points) or find a husband for him which gains you positive points, and the nice thing is the son and his new husband, along with the son's father, all move to a middle class area and live happily ever after

That is EXACTLY how the town crier looks, overweight with a white giant moustache.
I have never killed him though, because he calls me lionheart

There are a lot of NPC's in the game, you get a lot of bisexual characters in one specific region of the game, although they are pretty aggressive and raunchy.

My favourite gay character excluding the sexy black man from the rural village is the tattooist from the gypsy camp, because it is easy to impress him

That deserves and aww.

This game sounds like a right old gay fest. I'm surprised I've not heard of it before.

It's a nice game, there are some cute side S/L's in there, and at the same time you get to kick some ass, I would recommend Fable 2 to anyone (Fable 3 kind of sucked the fun out of everything, and the first one I never played)

I never did those sort of things for the twon crier, I just bought my title (I know that doesn't sound any better )
