I'm no expert on these matters, but I hope it did help you a bit.

And just remember, we're all here for you.

Sad news out of India...

India's top court has upheld a law which criminalises gay sex, in a ruling seen as a major blow to gay rights.

The Supreme Court ruling reverses a landmark 2009 Delhi High Court order which had decriminalised homosexual acts.

The court said it was up to parliament to legislate on the issue.

According to Section 377, a 153-year-old colonial-era law, a same-sex relationship is an "unnatural offence" and punishable by a 10-year jail term.

And now its Australia's turn...

Australia's High Court has overturned legislation allowing gay marriage in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).

The ACT parliament passed a bill in October making the territory the first part of Australia to legalise same-sex weddings.

But the national government challenged the decision, saying it was inconsistent with federal laws.

What is it with these countries wanting to retain colonial laws?

I feel sorry for those having to live there.

It's bad enough to see countries fail to progress and enter the 21st century. It's just plain sad when they actually take a step back. Not having the legislation is one thing, but to have not one but two countries actively reverse it is pretty terrible.

Yeah it is a bit odd just finding archaic laws from a previous system and decide to use them.

Its like the UK looking up what education policy they had in the Kingdom of East Anglia.

So I got hammered and threw myself at the first gay guy I met, which didn't go well, also I've started smoking.

I'm so ****ing messed up. I managed to get turned down by two guys in the space of 5 minutes.
