Favourite daytime quiz show (Appreciation thread)
Daytime quizlings. What is your favourite weekday day time quiz show?
You can choose as many as you like. There is no 'none' or 'they're all crap', options. Please treat this as an appreciation thread. ![]() Perfection BBC1 Tipping Point ITV 1001 Things You Should Know C4 Pointless BBC1 The Chase ITV Eggheads BBC2 Not counting the Weakest Link as it is no longer in production, although is still on at the moment. Also not counting Deal or No Deal as there are no quiz questions involved. |

The Chase is the best-because it retains its entertainment value despite having often difficult questions. I also like Pointless and Sandi Toksvig's 1001 Things You Should Know which are both very watchable and very well presented.

I've voted for 'Pointless', but I just wish they would condense in to a 30min programme.
The extra 15 minutes add nothing to the programme, it's all filler IMO. |

![]() Yes, I prefer the leisurely way of Pointless - but it's The Chase I whizz through - all that banter, the ads and the competitions. |
