good DA ratings... still way down on spike ratings and chances are will never get back to those ratings on DA
challenge ratings down due to long ass break no doubt the actual show has some good bits but its still the same overall and can drag i did like the streetfight outside, that wa svery attitude era but endless matches in dark arena dont look too great. impact is not as entertaining as raw sometimes storyline wise, and thats saying something,. |

They only drew 2000ish in the 12,000 seat Hydro apparently.
Shoulda run the Barrowlands.

They need to start having monthly specials (not necessarily a PPV, a regular Impact branded as a special will do). At the moment, they seem to be drifiting aimlessly from week to week with no direction and nothing to build for.

I'll tell you what: Manchester is fuller than last year. No idea why. This is gonna look pretty awesome on TV.

I wish Angle wouldn't wear that leotard with like a corset drawn on it. He looks like a burlesque dancer.

I thought they did.
They do Impacts with old PPV names They need to give them a big show feel. Build up to them like they are a PPV, save the biggest matches for the specials instead of regular Impact episodes. |

Such a sore throat this morning!
Some massive well deserved pops last night at Wembley, again lots of people saying best show they've ever done. |

I thought I would give a summary of my trip to Wembley with the nephew.
First of all the seats I booked were clearly the wrong ones for an 8 year old (actually for anyone that wanted to actually see the action). I wasn't too sure on the set up so just went for the third tier price (£47 each) and we found ourselves sitting down 13 rows from the front. The atmosphere was good but the view was absolutely awful. I'm almost 6 foot and could only see the action above the middle rope - so obviously my nephew couldn't see a thing, even sitting on my lap. The first fight where they were climbing a lot was ok but the next two were a waste of time as they spent most of the time outside the ring. I asked to move us up to the 'cheap' seats after that and thankfully they found us some ok replacements. Oh well, I will know for next time (and will save myself some money). It's the first time I've seen any sort of wrestling in about 20 years so it was a bit of a shock for me watching men fighting women - also it seems linked quite a bit to metal now - but I suppose you get used to it. I found it hard to get into but it was obvious that the vast majority of the crowd (including thankfully my nephew) were loving every moment. That last fight seemed ridiculous to me though. Had no idea that it would be going on for 3.5 hours so hope his mum was ok with me dropping him off after midnight! ![]() So in summary, I need to do my homework next time

I hope that is about the last TV show aired and not the UK TV ratings otherwise it should be spoilered IMO.

It does amuse me somewhat to see the IWC complaining about titles changing hands in TNA. Their turnover rate is far less than what it was during the Attitude Era. WWE's current booking philosophy of long-term champions is more of an exception than the norm in terms of their post-80s philosophy.
Have a look at the title picture in WWE 2000 (widely regarded as the peak of the industry): RR2000 - Triple H WM2000 - Triple H Backlash 2000 - The Rock Judgment Day 2000 - Triple H King of The Ring 2000 - The Rock Fully Loaded 2000 - The Rock Summerslam 2000 - The Rock Unforgiven 2000 - The Rock No Mercy 2000 - Kurt Angle Survivor Series 2000 - Kurt Angle Armageddon 2000 - Kurt Angle Three champions in one year, with four title changes. That is almost bang on the money with TNA's title picture over the past year (looking from January 2014-January 2015), which has seen Magnus, Young, Roode and Lashley hold the belt, with very little back-and-forth in terms of the belt being dropped. |

I have said before one of the things I always hated about the attitude era was how quick titles changed hands.

And from what they said she is legit gone and as the last two people who got the fired case legit got fired it looks like it's true.
But as Bubba Ray is likely going back to WWE she may join him (They are a couple in real life) ![]() Stupid way for her to go, she wasn't even in the match, i just don't get it. |
