No. The deal they have reportedly has an out clause in September. If Destination America exercise that clause there's nothing TNA can do about it regardless of the reasons behind it.

The RoH deal will be costing Destination America significantly less than the TNA deal. It also isn't first run content. They'll be airing episodes after they've aired on Sinclair group affiliates over the weekend.

What I will say, it does seem odd DA would pick up ROH when cancelling TNA so maybe the rumours aren't true and DA have about the same level of PR training TNA has.”
As mentioned above Ring of Honor will be costing them less so if, as has been suggested, Destination America want wrestling on the network but can't make TNA work because of the price point a deal with RoH makes sense. They keep a wrestling presence (with a passionate and dedicated fan base) that can help grow the network but also drive down costs. There may also be a content issue. Part of the reason Spike ultimately got out of their deal with TNA is that they didn't like the product. They wanted something that was more wrestling based and in keeping with their MMA (and now boxing as well) plans and TNA wasn't able or willing to deliver that. Destination America may ultimately be having similar thoughts. They want something that's more sports based and more readily packaged that way and again RoH makes sense on that front.
At this point though it should be noted that the Destination America press release indicates that the plan is for Wednesday to be “wrestling night” with both RoH and TNA airing there. Whether they intend to stick with that long term is hard to tell. It may be that they simply don't know what they're going to do yet. It could depend on how RoH performs.
