They've announced some new tapings July 22nd-29th for IMPACT, Xplosion and new One Night Only.

Wonder if Hardy will get injured in September then he won't be on the UK tour.

(OF course TNA itself won't be on the tour)

Xplosion still exists? Where are these tapings btw?

WrestleZone doesn't say but I presume Orlando?

It's crazy TNA will have gone from the UK tour in January until the New York show in September without a single paying fan!

They should really try adding those to their touring schedule on their website.

Even when it's free they have to turn the lights off so you don't see most of the seats are empty.

If they can't get people in for free what chance do they stand in fans paying.

That's insanity. And people still seem to be in denial about the fact that this company is dying. Are attendances still shit despite the free shows?

I assume they get paid by Orlando?

The way TNA is run I wouldn't be shocked if TNA pays them.

They will probably have no more than 10-15 shows with paid attendance in 2015. I'm saying ten because I'm not sure how many shows outside of Orlando have been held this year but I'm sure it's less than that.

Hey, I've given away creative gold for free tonight. For free. I mean sure its possible that even if I were a TNA employee I might still be giving it away for free but that's besides the point.

In one year they run less paying shows than WWE does in about a week.

I had heard elsewhere that ALL the shows other than the UK ones had been exclusively comp tickets.

I thought that we had established that you're head of creative.

And UK ticket sales are way down.

From what I have read one of the many reasons is people don't want to take the risk and lose money if TNA is dead by Jan.

Imagine the shock if the mega swerve was that Alexi was Russo all along.

Dixie Carter addressed this issue (of UK ticket sales) during her podcast interview with Steve Austin. She, and I swear to God this is true, put the fall in ticket sales for the most recent tour down to the fact that TNA only has one roster and therefore just presents the exact same show every year and people just don't really want to see the exact same show every year. So they want to work with different promotional companies etc. during the next tour that will book them into different arenas in different areas so the fact that they're presenting the exact same show again won't matter.

If people haven't listened to that Austin/Dixie podcast I'd highly recommend it. Its really quite something. At one point she tries to argue that the decision to leave Spike was TNA's. Its an alarming insight into the company.

I don't want to listen to that simply because the idea of Steve Austin just swallowing her bullshit saddens me.

I keep meaning to listen to it but then I don't know that I can listen to her voice for that long

I wouldnt mind if TNA got higer ratings here I mean after all we get the PPV & weekly show on free TV where if your a WWE fan you have to pay a premium channel like Sky Sports to see it.

I like to think Austin just sat there the whole time his mouth agape thinking "what the actual ****" but that's just me.
