Lord only knows, as none other will be winning the male title.
Heads up for anyone who might be interested, there seems to be a TNA special on Challenge tonight at 10:10pm. |

Poor old TNA.
Seriously, go and watch a 2012 Impact. It was a good show. But I really do think it's over for them now. |

Apparently they are saying that there's a chance they get back on Spike next year. In good (well better news than usual) their rumoured possible new home has better availability by a good 20 million so maybe some of those people are former Spike viewers who will return.
The flip side of that is that GFW are also looking to sign to the same network and they will only take one. Of course, there is every chance they remain on DA past February but given the multi-year contract has been reduced already to just over 12 months it looks unlikely. For what it's worth also, they are saying touring resumes next year. Whether that's just posturing is obviously impossible to tell until they announce tour dates (and don't cancel them despite telling talent they are selling well) |

It is very sad what has happened to TNA, as I used to really like and enjoy the shows, but it is just a horrible mess, with nothing going for it now.
They desperately need a restart on everything, and to get a firm hold on who is classed as their talent and who is not, using nearly a year old footage for a tournament (like the recent TNA Classic special that I posted about) does not help in anyway, neither does using people not under contract to them (as with James Storm). Until they sort out their business, then Challenge would be better airing practically any other wrestling company that they can get a deal with (be it ROH, or even a British one). |

Somewhat off topic but ICW are running the 13,000 seat Glasgow Hydro on November 20th 2016.
I do wonder if this hurts TNA in terms of a UK tv deal, as ICW/UK wrestling could well be a more attractive proposition for Challenge than TNA at present. |

ICW is a bit odd. They had some guy come from the crowd had him get in the ring took a beating got busted open pretty badly and still battered him.
It was pretty shit, walked out after 10 mins of that. Funny enough I've been watching for about 3 years and have never seen anything like what you described. The closest was bt Gunn striking a fan who threw beer over him and that only lasted for about 10 seconds. |

The problem with The Wrestling Channel both now and when it existed is one of production values. The actual content they were showing might have been great but all too often it looked awful. I suspect this is one of the problems that ICW would have in a hypothetical deal with Challenge – the product just doesn't look very good. Although I confess I haven't really watched a lot of there more recent stuff. And Challenge certainly won't want to pay enough to really improve the production values.
In truth I don't think Challenge will have a whole lot of interest in staying in the wrestling business post-TNA. I'm not even convinced they'll be interested in keeping TNA around past the current deal (assuming that remains an option) although that will in large part depend on what they're paying for it. |

Your loss. I find you can't judge icw based on 10 minutes. It's so much more than just violence. What event was that btw?

What was the point though. Some kid gets beat up pretty bad then you have the hooligans who are supposed to be a face and they come out and beat him up? That isnt entertainment, it was shit.
That does sound like Roy he's even spent time inside for GBH he does have a very short fuse and a attitude problem but if you know him he can be very nice. Not Zack so much though always found him quite calm. |

I think a more updated Wrestling Channel could work, if they got some of the more high profile promotions on board.
Wrestling has moved on since the channel stopped broadcasting, and so have the production values of the companies around the country from what I have seen (yes some haven't, or have regressed as well), and those should be the ones who get featured; it might also be a kick up the backside to those that have got poor production values, to up their game if they want to be featured on national television. |

When Challenge started showing TNA it must have looked like a bargain. Here was a show with Hogan, Angle, Bischoff, all these guys from the high points of wrestling's popularity in the UK. And sure enough it quickly became their highest rated show. But like Spike found, all that was unsustainable. The company was floating on Panda money and never close to breaking even with the salaries those guys demanded. Remove the Panda subsidy and you've got today's TNA - the reality of trying to run a non-WWE US wrestling promotion. |

The old TV guide channel. Paragon Pro Wrestling were on it before, but are moving on 25th November.
Hope they're not paying for the slot. |

I'm pleased they've managed to stay afloat and keep going - hopefully they won't screw it up and they'll take advantage of the potential to increase their viewer base. |
