I've been thinking over the last few weeks that from how Corgan was talking he doesn't seem to like Dixie to much.

I said before, but i guess if WWE offered to put Dixie over on the network she'd be there.

Rovert slash twitter are saying TNA have wages to pay on the fifteenth and have no ability to do so

Nah, pretty sure reports that TNA doesn't pay their staff are a dirtsheet conspiracy...

On one hand, it's TNA but on the other hand, it's Rovert....

Looks like the company involved with the fight network paid for the last set of tapings.

Fight Network owns a percentage of TNA.

This could be the end, folks. The final end.

Seems Corgan believes he was promised things by Carter that she then wouldn't or couldn't deliver.

Meltz also seems to think talent are supposed to be paid this weekend, hence the lawsuit, if they're not paid TNA could well be in breach of contract and in theory they could just sign deals with other companies.

Observer Radio regarding TNA

Corgan lawsuit is sealed. Dave says Corgan wanted his investment money back if Dixie won't sell to him. Wants to freeze her from making any decisions. Dave thinks Corgan still wants the company.
- other lawsuit TNA defaulted on payments to creditors
- PopTV had a music issue with TNA so they had to edit music off the show.
- Bix is crediting with uncovering the last group to fund TNA tapings: Anthem Sports and Entertainment, which is the parent company of The Fight Network. Dave says you can't say Fight Network funded it, but the dots connect and the address is the same.
- Any money Corgan has given was to be in his eyes a down payment on eventually buying the company
- Fraud involved on TNA side
- If the guys don't get paid can claim breach of contract and become free agents

Bryan mentions this is why Corgan would want an injunction, to freeze talent from leaving. He needs a Tv timeslot and talent to run a company. Dave agrees.

Dixie really hasn't got a clue what is best for business. The sooner Corgan takes over the better.

On a lighter note I've heard King Maxel could be having his first match in the zone of Impact

It goes from bad to worse, Tennessee State Department of Revenue has filed a lawsuit against TNA Wrestling for unpaid business taxes.

In addition, Aeroluxe, MCC Acqusitions and Anthem Sport and Entertainment (pretty much confirming who funded BFG and recent tapings) have all filed similar statements naming TNA as a debtor for combined maximum value of $3.4 million.

It really does sound like they're going down for the three-count this time.
How much content have they taped after BFG? I think they normally do a month's worth over three days IIRC, so they will have Impact shows "in the can" at least until the end of this month.
But what happens then, does Impact Wrestling suddenly disappear from TV with no explanation?
Whatever may or may not rise from the ashes of TNA, under Billy Corgan or anyone else, I hope they do at least get to do a proper farewell show to tie up all the loose ends after well over ten years, even if it's just a retrospective "greatest hits" compilation with just verbal references to the ending of the current storylines..

I'm sure it was reported they'd got enough taped to last the year.

That's what I read to.

I think they have one more to film but that is a entire Impact at The Hardy Compound.

That's going to be interesting!
Good to know that the shows will last a bit longer than I thought they would.
Do they still have to supply a long PPV-style show every month to Challenge as part of their contract? IIRC that's why we had the One Night Only shows.

They are doing some kind of Tag Team Apocalypto and Matt has invited Tag Teams from across the world inc The New Day (Matt says if Vince allows New Day to appear he will appear on a WWE show in return)

I hope they get it sorted out before they run out of the tapings at the end of the year, as be a shame if it goes

People noticed the lack of theme music in the latest show.... (something said to do because of the ownership of the music)

and what is the first story on tna's website? a nice biopic of the woman who writes a lot of the music that SC brought in....

you have to laugh at how the game is being played

Whatever happens to TNA I would love to see the Hardys continuing their Broken personas somehow.
Give 'em their own show!
I love their segments.
I wonder if Matt has had a premoneeeshun about what's going to happen?

Matt says he wants to buy TNA and change it's name (Do a full rebrand)

But most think that is just a storyline and Corgan will buy it and Matt be the kayfabe owner.

Is it likely TNA will close its doors?

I know they came close last year or was it the year before when they ran out of TV footage and had to rely in pretaped interviews and were lucky they got a deal with POP TV?

Why has Cody got a title shot after only one match in the company?

He's Ex WWE that's the only reason TNA needs.
---------------------------------------

Last weeks TNA got the worse viewing figs since the move to POP and the 2nd worse in Impact history.

I still want to know what William Shatner calls Jesse Godderz!
On last Sunday's Challenge show Josh Matthews mentioned it again, and for the second time the name was censored on the soundtrack.
What could it be?!
