Hmm... I'd never really heard of Tito Ortiz before all the fuss in the last Impact, and watching the end of the show was something of a let down. Couldn't see why everyone was trying to look Really Scared of him - well, nearly everyone, Anderson managed to look merely befuddled. But why hold that shot for what seemed like just ages and ages. It wasn't dramatic, it wasn't a huge revelation, it was just dull...
Shame really, as the rest of of Impact was solid - and AJ and Austin really went for it (though I didn't like the weak ending). But that match, once again, made me wonder why on earth TNA aren't pushing both A Double and AJ so much more. They should be the ones going for Bully Ray, not Sabin. I like Sabin, he's a terrific athlete and his match with Manik was strong, but he's simply not powerful enough to be Champ. What happened to AJ's big comeback - he seems to be floundering again - surely the dark and mysterious new AJ should be the one hunting down Bully Ray? I mean he's got the perfect submission move now - the calf-killer is surely designed to be used on Calfzilla Bully?
