Wonder what Velvets 'extreme emergency scare' was, to not be at HJ.

Strange BH got the boot, as shes supposed to be at Impact this week with Bully, unless its a taped one, and it was pretty obvious he was going to win the match, as they said if he didn't, he would never get another shot, so that nailed it on for him right there

I thought hardcore justice was pretty good actually, even the knockouts manafed to have a half decent match with ODB using her bra to choke Gail Kim!

Ironically UFC in it's current form was made on Tito and Ken Shamrock cutting pro wrestling promos on each other but they were largely of the "**** you", "No, **** you" variety, that presumably TNA can't do.

liked impact this week, fair play to TNA, some fans dont want MMA fighters ebcause they stand around doing nothing like lawal but when they are in storylines and mix it up it was pretty darn fun, i didnt see tito turn coming for once

i felt bull rays pin to sabin looked a bit disrespectful, like a man pinning a little boy! but sabin can look back on a whirlwind 4 weeks

TNA cuts are worrying though.

From F4Wonline.com
The deal where all X Division matches would be three-ways is over.

Hulk Hogan tweeted as much today, which was done in advance of a Manik vs. Sonjay Dutt non-title X division singles match which was taped on this past Thursday for airing this week.

AJ Styles rumoured to be considering leaving TNA. His contract ends in September and nothing new has been signed.

He will always be "Mr TNA" in my mind, and the fact that Sting got the first "Hall of Fame" spot was laughable, but then Kurt Angle to get the second one, when he is still far more widely known for his work in WWE, was just down right idiocy really.

I do feel for AJ, he has practically carried TNA for over a decade, so he does deserve at least one chance to see if he can crack it in the big leagues, and now is a good time to try, with Daniel Bryan getting over big, and CM Punk also a very big name, he too could join them, and make some serious cash for him and his family.

Are they using Cilit Bang or something, because bang goes another one, SoCal Val is gone from TNA, wow that really must have saved them a whole pile of cash from a ring girl!

Oh no who are they going to get on the Spin Cycle when they can't get anyone else now?

SoCal was technically a knockout, i imagine she was on knockout wages still.

I don't think WWE would take him, im a big fan of AJ but his current persona is just not working.

Im with you though. Losing AJ would be like losing Sting, if I think of TNA, hes one of the first names that springs to mind.

Im actually annoyed at the amount of time AJ has been left in the wilderness, when was his last title push? Must be over a year ago now.

It comes to something when one of the best technical wrestlers they have is left out in the cold.

AJ has been one of my favourite wrestlers to watch for years now, be it TNA or WWE, he is soooo technically gifted.

The fact that a somewhat sob story in Chris Sabin (who is good, I am not saying he isn't), gets to have a title shit and victory, while AJ is seemingly just doing nothing, is just bizarre really.

If TNA lose AJ, it will be a huge blow, as I think he is to them, what Cena is to WWE. Both are brands themselves, and both identify with each company, one cannot really imagine Cena in TNA, and vice-versa.

She did the photoshoots with the rest of the Knockouts, but she never wrestled, she was just at ringside, and did a bit of TV work, so I wouldn't personally class her as a Knockout per say, but maybe she was on Knockout money, hence her release as a cost saving exercise.

Will there ever come a point when Panda Energy say enough is enough and pull the plug on TNA?

Perhaps going on the road each week wasn't such a great idea after all.

If Styles is settled and happy with is life/family he will not be leaving TNA to join WWE. WWE schedules are very tough on a regular family guy.

Perhaps AJ will play the two characters for a while. We could have the phenomenal AJ and the "doin' ma own thang" AJ. With so many getting the boot lately I reckon the only way to make up the roster numbers soon will be for each wrestler to play 2 characters a la Abyss / Park.

I think it was always likely that this BFG would be AJ de-throning Bully Ray. The clues have always been there. The one year ban, his new calfzilla killa submission hold, but I think they have tried to not make it too obvious too soon. Now he has stepped up and ousted Bully's "brother" from TNA which ramps up the personal feud to a massive degree. The MEM would be able to play a part as well, protecting AJ from the other Aces and Eights members while he gets the job done.

Magnus is good and worthy of being among their top names, but I'm not sure he quite has the charisma (yet?) to be the number one face of TNA. It would be nice to see a Brit achieve that so I hope he goes on to prove me wrong one day though.

Thought it was a pretty good Impact episode overall. Austin Aries' bit was very well done as usual.

Good Impact as usual.

AJ seems to have reverted to the Phenomenal One again. As mentioned he wasn't getting much of a reaction as the loner so TNA may have decided to switch him back so its clear what he is again. Personally not bothered which AJ is used as long as he is used correctly.

It's possible that TNA thought he may be the only viable alternative to be in the match and had to make the switch for that reason, but whichever AJ it is surely he should be the one going for the World Title at BFG.

Good to see 1 on 1 matches back in the X-Division. Triple Threat matches are good but not when they are overused. There should be some variance in the X-Division as there is elsewhere.

So it was Brooke Tessmacher all along. Would have been interesting to see Brooke Hogan turn heel and side with Bully but I'm guessing Hulk wouldn't have wanted that. It's nice to see Brooke T getting an opportunity though. Let's see what she does with Bully.

Also have to mention, when Taz sings Hardcore Country everytime Mickie James appears, its so funny. Especially when Mike Tenay starts commenting on it.

As mentioned TNA is very consistent at the moment. Another good show.

OMG TNA completley killed AJ by turning him back to bland bayface again

sucks,i was loving his the one stuff. they had it all set, he walked out to help MEM in his dark clothes and dark music and bully ray is raging, no need to have his old music back and him kissing crowds ass again

arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Was obvious it was one of the 8's that would get the boot, but wow at who it was, never expected that, i was expecting it to be out of Knux, Brisco and Bischoff.

Don't know what the hell happened with AJ, his new persona was a waste of time, no purpose to it at all if they've just killed it off and brought him back to normal.

I forgot there was another Brooke (as she hasn't been seen for a while), so thought it was odd that Brooke Hogan was supposed to be coming out this week with Bully after getting fired, until some pointed it out above

It had to be Tessmacher with Bully, as they fired Brooke Hogan.
Honestly I was shocked as well with who got the boot, I was expecting Mike Knox as well, but
Spoiler
, i didn't see that one coming.

Im kinda glad Brooke Hogan is gone, she was an awful actress and never really had enough mic presence to be worthy of a spot especially considering she doesn't wrestle.

Man, Brooke Tessmacher was looking hot, shes always been the most attractive of the Knockouts IMO but last impact? Damn....
