Heh

To be fair, I stopped watching TNA properly some time ago - I still watch the PPV's, but I just find I can't really watch the weekly shows any more.

That said, the signs of his involvement and the poor quality of the product are all too evident. The fact that it's starting to be recognised as quite good again now he's left is no small coincidence i suppose.

I completely forgot about the TNA International Incident show which aired on Challenge on November 6th.

Not surprising since Challenge didn't even bother mentioning it on Impact.

They're contractual obligation shows, no one cares; the one in December is being headlined by Tommy Dreamer v Bully Ray, which was set up at one of Dreamer's House of Hardcore shows, presumably Dreamer isn't even appearing on impact despite headlining a pay per view for them.

There's a bit of confusion here

First off the show that aired on November 6th was the Tournament of Champions. The December show is the World Cup, then in January it's gonna be the Tag Team Tournament ppv. That will close the first year of ONO ppvs.

The shows that are taped in December, like the one with Dreamer vs Bully, are gonna air later and will make the second cycle of shows for 2014.

How do you reckon this Abyss v Joseph Park match is going to go? They can't wimp out and say that one of them is unavailable or anything - that would be extremely poor, but also it wouldn't work terribly well if there was an Abyss stand in, as Park has a very distinctive shape and size.
Oddly, I'm really looking forward to seeing how this one plays out!

when is the match due to take place ?. I'd like to see what they do as well ..

I'd say the most likely outcome is that they'll have Abyss attack a stand-in backstage and come out for the win by countout.

I suppose they could go for the unintentional comedy angle and have 'Park' be led out to the ring by Abyss with a bag over his head

This Thursday at Turning Point - I think. So it'll be on Challenge on Sunday. I'm laughing at the thought of Joseph with a bag on his head!

Cheers, i'll have to record that.

If they want to go for some real comedy, have Abyss come out first and have no sign of Park. Have Abyss then look under the ring for him and then have Park crawl out the other side with no sign of Abyss.

Keep this up a couple of times to see how fast he can do the quick change

Haven't they already done the Park and Abyss in the same place deal?

They weren't in the old one either were they? its only since they have been on the road they have been by the ring.

So are they staying there permanently are they getting out again sometimes.

Announced that Genesis won't air on PPV in 2014, instead airing as a themed IMPACT taking their PPV schedule to just three events next year

One good thing about the show being back in Orlando is that the ringside blonde is back, looking more lovely than ever.

With that mask over his face I reckon Abyss could be Eric Young with padding.

They'll be doing some shows out of the Impact Zone as they can't get the soundstage in Orlando every time they want to tape shows.

No,the old impact zone wasnt available apparently the new one is smaller but,if anything it looks bigger well the seating area those anyway.the old Impact zone used to drive me mad but this one actually just looks like a small wrestling arena,i just hope they dont bring back that big impact screen that they use to have over the fans seating area. its was hugely distracting.

Just reading that they've brought back the 'feast or fired' match which is probably a good idea - gives them some fairly easy storylines to run with for a while.

Also ..

Spoiler

It is very sad to see Kurt reduced to fighting out of carparks with wannabe popstars.

Yeah, I know what you mean, I don't really like it either. But, like it or not, One Direction are one of the biggest pop bands around right now. So for Kurt to get his face on TV with 1D is actually quite a smart move.

That might be the case, but why was there such a small crowd? They must not be quite that popular then.

He really has fallen a long way, if this is what he needs to do for publicity for the company.

He is far too good for such things.
