I like Tyler. I think there is a lot of scope for the character, especially as he was in care as a child - that itself could bring with it a lot of storylines.

I did not care for the way he went about getting Ayesha to be with him and that has coloured how I feel about the character.

I don't particularly like either of them so will wait and see. Cannot believe it is not back until 23rd January - is this the beginning of the end with the BBC for Doctors? It seems to have been off more than on!

Last year it was renewed for series 18 and 19. They're currently showing series 18. There are another 60 episodes left in this series. Every series seems to vary in length - this one was probably shorter because of the Olympics. Other series have been over 200 episodes in length, so who know how many there will be in series 19.
