You could never go back
Only had LTE for a couple of days but I could never go back to 3G. So quick, robust signal. It's the same as being in fibre broadband and going back to ADSL

Maybe change it to "I could never go back".

I thought this topic was about going back to old phones. I had to use my SE Satio for a couple of weeks when my Galaxy Nexus died and I found it a real struggle to have a non-smart phone. And the Satio was hardly 2nd rate!

I'm happy to wait until the early adopters have been ripped off enough to bring the price down for us more savvy folk lol. DC-HSDPA is fine for now (and for no premium).

Firstly, when it becomes available in West Cumbria I will want it. (probably around the time when the rest of the country is getting 5G). And secondly when we all have it it won't be that fast. In America the mature lte markets can see down speeds similar to what we get on 3g due to the number of subscribers. |

We barely even have 3g here so Im not holding out much hope of getting anything better for a long time.

Hmm, when I was still living with my parents I had BT Infinity (38Mbps down, 9Mbps up) but when I moved to my own pad I stuck to ADSL2+ with 16Mbps download and to be honest, apart from the upload speed being a heck of a lot better, the extra price premium of being on a fibre product compared to my ADSL connection (especially when it's fine for streaming HD video e.g. iPlayer to a Sony TV) isn't justifiable when keeping an eye on the pennies.
