Well done to her, everyone laughed when ever someone suggested that she would do well in the US! Good on her!

Double platinum. 2 million. Beyond her wildest expectations I'm sure for a US debut single. Home run no doubt.

Now Oath was not in the same league but has done 370k plus from memory (I think) in America which would be great in the UK or anywhere else, but let's be honest did not set the world alight in the US, more just bubbled along.

Needs a good follow up in 2013 now.

Cher's done so well. She might have been slightly cocky on X Factor to some people even though Iove watching confident people.

I think she could have another hit single on her hands with her new album being released.

That the sum total of her US sales - in one record. Not much sight of a successful followup, though. Defines the one hit wonder!!

Oh, honey, don't worry! I know it's tough, but maybe, who knows, one day you might actually manage it. You try so, so, so hard and that's what's important! It's not the destination, it's the journey. So keep reaching and reaching and reaching, because that's admirable, even if you never quite succeed. Stay strong. Open yourself to love.

As long as they keep her there, that's fine with me.

Nah they won't be able to, as she's been breaking into the second biggest music market in the world too (Japan)

I don't believe in "Cocky".

That word just demeans people who are generally awesome.

Go Cher !!!
