Think that panel would work quite well. I like how Dannii and Nicole get so involved with their acts.

I voted Simon/Louis/Danni/Mel B but Nicole was my second favourite judge this year, so would have voted for her instead of Danni probably.

Out of that list:
Tulisa, Simon, Will Young and Harry Judd just because

Louis - Manager and is the X to the the Factor. He's part of the furnitrue and a lot of fun. He doesn't take it too seriously.
Sharon - She's done it before and knows how to keep us interested. An experienced manager and knows her stuff. Not to mention her incredible chemisty with lou lou.
Tulisa - She's feisty. Had the first band win and they were even girls! Has chemistry with Louis and I have no doubt that she will get on well with Sharon and will be great with Will (whom she'll need to be as Sharon would have stolen Lou Lou). She has grafted her way through N-Dubz as she was clearly the brains behind the band, very business savvy and is a big talking point of the show(whether its bad or good).
Will Young - Came from a talent show and has been extremely successful within the UK. Looks like he'd be fun and get along well with the other judges. He has massive critical acclaim so could bring a bit of credibility to the show but not make it too serious.

Simon is definitely ruled out and Mel B is almost definitely ruled out. I don't want Nicole back, yes she was fun but towards the final she started to annoy me as it's blatantly obvious she craves the spotlight and the show is about the contestants not her.

Lily Allen would be a good addition but with her comeback and two kids on the cards it would be literally impossible to get her.

For me, the biggest problem is Dermot. He is becoming painful to watch. Don't get me wrong he seems nice enough and is good at presenting but imo is becoming stale. We need a fresh face. It would probably need to be male as female presenters don't normally work well on big shows. I'd suggest David Walliams or Alan Carr, someone who'd bring a bit of comedy to it.
