Blue for me. Roquefort or Gorgonzola.

I love cheese and have only ever tasted one that I don't like. I do have a soft spot for Stilton but I'd say that overall my favourites are white.

Mainly white, but some Blues, my favourite is St Agur

Depends what it's for. Blue Cheese is great in sauces and as a dressing for salads, not so good as cheese on toast.

I don't think I've ever met a cheese I didn't like. Maybe that plastic squirty stuff in the states, but whether that can be called 'cheese' is debateable.
