Why is squeezy mayonnaise measured in ml

Does anyone know why the squeezy tubs of Helmans Mayonnaise is measured in millilitres, whilst the equivalent glass jar variety is measured in grams?

Hellmans must class the squeezy stuff as a liquid and the standard stuff as a solid food.

This.
I bought one once and actually cut it in half to see what was left that wouldn't squeeze out - 3 tablespoons worth, which is quite a lot. Never bought another one since.
Plus I think someone else mentioned taste, I couldn't tell the difference between squeezy and jar.
