Was the new monster George Osbourne?
Seeing rumours about on twitter saying July might be the new series 8 launch date. I don't believe it though, I'm sure they won't have finished everything by then. I guess it would make sense though to have it finished just as The X Factor live shows start.

I bet they'll have atlantis air from October to New Year and Doctor Who from July/August till October. Just a theory though.
Then again do the BBC broadcast anything half decent during the summer, and even if they do, it won't be when the World Cup's on- finishes end of July.

People are really finding that thing scary? The art design looks like it was good; the head is very cool but it does have that awful 'blatant man in a rubber suit' thing going against it... especially with things like the folds at the back of the knee... :P Of course, in the actual episode it will be shot in such a way as to not show those attributes, no doubt with quick glimpses, choice angles and dark lighting. But just in the pictures here it looks a little pitiful.

Is it too much to hope that this monster is actually just a nasty razor clawed bad space monster bastard that eats men, women and children as opposed to say a misunderstood last of its kind sad sack that just wants some peace and understanding or a pat on the back to make it realise that all its needs is the love of a good woman to make it see the error of its ways? Extra long finger claws crossed eh.
