I think he's a fantastic skater but, I just can't take to him.

Having a cocky attitude didn't stop Sam Attwater from winning. Being desperate to win didn't stop Hayley Tamaddon from winning. So I can't see why either of these aspects would stop Matt from winning.

Having said that, I hope it's Gareth that takes it.

Sulking and floods of tears = immature crybaby.

He is a good skater, but my god, he thinks he is all that and a bag of chips! Beth is miles better, imo, and much more likeable. Matt is too cocky for me.

If he really was that arrogant he'd have brushed off the setbacks easier IMO. If anything, I think he's felt quite insecure on this show at times.

Me too. He is skilled but no likeability factor about him. I also think he thinks he is better than he is. Didnt realise he played ice hockey though.

No dont like him. Nor do I like Samia (I am not in it to impress the judges - yeah pull the other one), Also Luke is beginning to get a bit cocky too

He certainly didn't come across well in his VT tonight. Wanting to change the routine to 'urban', Chris asking him what he was sulking about, etc.

I like Samia but feel she should have gone weeks ago. Oona should still be in. Luke, annoys me because he is so cocky. Beth, Keith and Gareth are the only two I have time for.

You're definitely not on your own!!! Yrs he can skate pretty well but there seems to be an air about him that always expects to be top. I don't understand the shock the other week when he was in the skate off. If I was in one of these shows I would be expecting bottom two every week no matter how good I was, people vote or not for lots of reasons so its extremely arrogant for anyone to be surprised.

Back to the original thread question I don't dislike Matt but I do find Gareth & Beth more likeable. Those 3 should definitely be in the final.

Nothing likeable about him. Yes, he can skate, but his sulking in rehersals about doing lifts, when Torvil and Dean were telling him he needed quality skating in his routine, was just so telling. He is a pillock, desperate to win and thoroughly unlikeable

I don't mind people being keen to win, but telling Jayne and Chris how he thinks he should be choreographed is beyond arrogant. And his sense of entitlement is very off putting.

He's good but he isn't very likeable. He HAS to be top or he sulks about it. Comes across very cocky
