Is it time for a Tube Crash in EastEnders?

A Tube Crash has never been done in EastEnders like the Tram Crash in Corrie in 2010.

It would be a good way to kill off some of the deadwood in the show...

It's so unrealistic. At the most a derailment could occur but that's more likely to injure at most than kill. A Tube crash is something I don't ever see happening, plus I don't think TfL would be too happy about that either....

I suppose they could do a story about someone falling onto the tracks though as that does happen and is more realistic.

You obviously don't remember the Moorgate tube crash.

As for a crash. Well, it worked in Skyfall.

wouldnt it be cheaper to have a mass murder go around chopping peoples heads off,it could be a simple way of getting rid of dead wood & i would be more than happy to do it for a tenner

That was almost 40 years ago....all trains have Moorgate protection now, like I said, it wouldn't be realistic.

And, of course, the tube would be full of Eastenders characters even though they never go anywhere normally.

There are always threads suggesting a tube crash.

It won't happen for the simple reason TFL won't allow it. It took many years to get Manchester Metrolink to agree to a tram crash. I think a tube crash is too unrealistic and everyone will only turn around and compare it to the tram crash in Corrie.

Soaps need to steer away from disasters now, it is getting boring.

If it wipes out Shirley,Tyler, Whitney, Joey, Kim, AJ, Tanya, Jack, Max then you can say I'm all for it.

Anyone else want to add anyone to the list.

And that's exactly what it would be like.......NO is the answer to the question once again.
Corrie pulled it off well. NO other soap can do it now
which is the same with Emmerdale and the Plane crash.

Yeah....The BBC would have to get the OK from London Transport and they wouldn't agree anyway so the storyline is a NO no matter who wants it.

There aren't many Cora in the Vic threads nowadays; I have however noticed a rise in the number of equally-tedious Sharon in the Vic threads.

Alien abduction hasnt been done before.

The smell of rancid meat from McKlunkys could have lured them from the other side of the galaxy.

They could kidnap several residents to conduct breeding experiments on.

Suggestions?

I wonder if a new breed of "Cora and Sharon in the Vic as mother and daughter" threads will appear soon?

Or how about a hybrid?
"Cora and Sharon in the Vic, which is now a LGBT club, living as mother and daughter, with a tube crashing outside?"

Or the equal tedious 'Phil loves Shirley' threads.
