Usual breakfast is a sachet of Oatsosimple with some chopped fruit.
Best breakfast would be a full English, eggs, bacon, sausage, black pudding, mushrooms, baked beans, tomatoes, and fried bread. My entire calorie allowance gone in one meal.
muesli (i buy the ingredients and mix them, usually oats, flaked almonds, seeds, raisins and dried bananas) with semi skimmed organic milk, I have it everyday and its my favourite meal
Usual - An Actimel, a Berocca, a bowl of muesli with soya milk and a cup of tea.
Best - Eggs florentine with a fresh smoothie, then coffee with a pastry.
