Chicken/Lamb Tikka Balti made with freshly roasted and ground spices. All topped off with pilau rice and a home made naan.

Jamaican mutton or goat curry as made by my Brother in Law. It's magnificent.

My local Indian does one called Murgh Batwar. Tikka-infused chicken breast pieces in lamb kofta sauce. Delicious.

I guess it's no coincidence that I've also posted on the Weightwatchers discussion today...

My mum's Sri Lankan beef or pork curry. They are sublime.

King of curries?, whatever you pick up on a friday night after half a dozen pints. Even better if you survive the morning after.

I had the same dish from my local for about 12 years.

Chicken Razalla

It's grilled marinated chicken in a really hot sauce.

I used to get withdrawal symptoms if I didn't have it for more than a month. Sadly the restaurant has now closed and I've never seen it on anybody elses menu

You are recommending a curry you've never tried as king of the curries? Interesting.
