My trusty Radio Times says it's 8 parts. Not infallible of course. It would make sense to have the final
SNT lead into the first
BGT, potentially boosting both shows, even if it means bringing
The Cube forward as early as 18:00. BBC One did something similar on 1 October 2011 with
SCD, the
Doctor Who finale and the
Merlin premiere showing back to back, albeit with the biggest hit,
SCD, starting at 18:00 in that case.

A title change would be needed in that case. I suggest
Counter-Foyle.

Presumably this will run in the 75-minute TBA gap currently provisionally scheduled for 18:45-20:00 on Digiguide? If it's that long it seems a bit much. Perhaps it's 45 minutes with a 30-minute show to be slotted in.

According to the Daily Mail/Star story it has been axed. Its most recent transmission was in early March 2012.

Perhaps worth pointing out that ITV's 12-month average in
SNT's slot is a mere 17%.
