Their previous name was Rhythmix and I think they wanted to carry on with the idea of having their fans called 'Mixers'. Rhythmix being a charity's name too, they had to change it while retaining the mix bit, hence the Mix in their name. However, I have no idea why they chose Little...maybe because of Tulisa calling them her 'little muffins'? Don't know how ideas come about in artists' heads.

I like some of the names mentioned: Butthole Surfers, Throbbing Gristle, Half Man Half Biscuit and the various incarnations of Foetus: You've Got Foetus On You Breath, Scraping Foetus Off The Wheel, Foetus Over 'Frisco etc.
