That album should have done wonders for Rachel Stevens, it was a really solid pop album.

It was the response you deserved to be honest after saying "who by?" as if it's a little known, obscure album

This World And Body by Marion. Has there ever been any other album where every single track is almost perfect?

Ramones by The Ramones, released 1976 didn't even dent the Billboard Top 100 yet is now seen as a pivotal moment in rock history, having not only kicked off punk rock but influenced the post-punk, heavy metal, thrash metal, alternative, and grunge genres. It is listed at no. 33 in the Rolling Stone Magazine’s top 500 albums of all time.

agreed, great classic album, although as far as thrash influences go, Id like to mention Sabbaths "symptom of the universe"(1975) and Queens "stone cold crazy" in 1974.

Ironically I bought that Ramones album when it came out,(and loved it) because I'd heard a song off it on the radio and it reminded my of Zeppelins "communications Breakdown". lol.
