Gemini JoyTAB Stuck On Splash Screen... HELP Please.
I have just received my Gemini 7" Joy Tab Tablet back from Gemini and they have not fixed the problem that my tablet is stuck on the Splash screen.
Can anyone please advise if I could fix this myself by re-flashing ICS to it? Thanks! |

I have the 9.7 version and there is a small reset button on the side of the unit or hold the power button for a few seconds and the unit should try again, not sure if thats the case with the 7 but worth a look. And I see yet another happy customer from gemini (NOT) just had mine returned from a faulty power supply and problem on the board and now has a issue on the screen which it did not have when it was sent. If you are still stuck you might have to email or ring them on 0844 7706936 during normal business hours , hope this helps.

I am sorry to hear of the troubles above. If this firm starts to get shirty and uncooperative then there's some of advice below and good luck to both of you.
