Victoria Silverstedt has pulled out of the show according to a report in todays Sun. Apparently the blonde bombshell left to take up a job offer in the US fronting a tv show. Producers face a nightmare task of replacing her just days before the show begins. They are also gutted as they thought Vic would bring some glamour to the house.

Celebrity Big Brother begins Thursday at 9pm on Channel 4.

No great loss. Bound to be a bore.

If this report is true, I suspect that she was pushed out. She would have known about a TV presenting job now.

According to AOL Endemol offered her more money to stay but she turned them down

Can't have been an easy choice for her....2 weeks on CBB or a contract with VH1

I'm glad she's gone. Nothing I've ever heard about her (admittedly not much) suggests that she would be at all interesting.

I hope Craig Charles pulls out as well. He's ugly and boring.

With all the talk of the producers having difficulty with finding contestants and the fact that many of their long touted names are either pulling out or never agreed in the first place it doesn't bode well for the show.
We better not get some last minute, not really celebrities contestant selection.
Fran Cosgrave might be signed, if you know what i mean.

Good news. Now they can get a real celeb instead.

Maybe she wasn't selected in the first place, and this is just free publicity for her
