Mobile World Congress 2013 starts on Monday 25 February. But Samsung, ZTE, LG, Sony and Nokia have a few to show already.

Should be big 4G offerings too

Still no sign of the much rumoured HTC M4 I fancy. Oh well, guess Ill have to look elsewhere for my next phone

I have never heard of this rumour and have no idea what you're talking about. There was ONLY one major announcement to be made regarding HTC and that was their 2013 flagship HTC One formerly known as the M7. I've never heard anything about a so-called M4.
