Your device is not compatible with this item" Android
Both my daughters have Samsung Galaxy Ace phones, the phones are great except, they can't play some of the games from the play store on them.
They can't have Diamond Dash, Temple run (1 or 2) Temple run brave downloads but crashes, also Candy Crush and Bubble witch saga say the device isn't compatible . These are just the ones we have tried to download. The Ace is running the same version of Android that I had on my galaxy s. Any ideas on how to cure the problem? |

Its probably because the device is not powerful enough to run those games, thats the only reason i can think of for it saying that.
Your galaxy s(even though pretty old now) is probably a better specification for playing games than the ace, thats probably why you didnt have any issues |

yeah the ace is a bit of a tiddler for running games. It also suffers from running an old version of Android that might not be compatible with newer apps.

I think the Ace is a bit underpowered for playing some of those games. Ace 2 (the one I have) is an improvement. It plays Temple Run quite well. How long have they had the phones for?
