Is there some secret trick to use when cutting baguettes or fresh bread to stop the little crumbs pinging off and flying all over your floor and counter? I hate it!

cover the bread with a towel?

Simple answer is to get a better bread knife.

I'd like to get a z offset knife. Hard to find though.
