Like if u have any problems and that and or want to cancel after the contract has finished? |

when you buy a house the contract is between you and the homeowner and not the agent. Same may apply here. An agent markets the property and takes a share of its purchase price.

The contract is always with the network, they're the company who take the payments from you and provide you with a service.

Vodafone
as already said the air time contract will be with Vodafone, everything to do with the service of mobile communications you would speak to Vodafone. any hardware related issues though you have to go to phones 4u as they supplied you with the phone. |

I got a call from Dialaphone which is part of Phones4u and have now upgraded from my HTC Desire on Vodafone with 300mins unlimited texts and 500gb data at £26 per month to a Nexus 4 with 600mins unlimited texts 500gb + 250gb wifi for £21 per month. Also gonna try for 20% Vodafone discount due to my job. Just became aware of that so havent had it before though Im not entirely certain if the NHS trust i work for is eligible for the discount.
Well happy though phone not coming til March 20th. Hope it all goes smoothly. |

The Register's take on it: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2014/09...dministration/.
Pretty crazy considering the profits they were making, but not surprising given it's been known EE has been reviewing its partners with a view to cutting down. Fingers crossed it doesn't affect the customers who have ordered iPhone 6's through them! |

“Any orders that have not already been dispatched will be cancelled and any payments refunded to customers. Phones4U apologises to its customers for the inconvenience.”
